Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking another appointment. No-shows will also be subject to a 25% fee and may be required to pay a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
